3. Email Verification

We use a one-time password (OTP) sent via email to verify your email address. Your email is used only for registration, verification, and league communication — never for unsolicited marketing.

4. Sharing of Information

Approved player profiles (including your name, photo, physical attributes, and competition history) may be shared with participating teams for auction and selection purposes. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised VCL personnel. ID documents are used solely for verification. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

We retain your registration data for as long as needed to operate the league and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting the VCL team, subject to any legal retention requirements.
