Volleyball Champions League — Player Registration

1. Auction & League Participation

By registering for the Volleyball Champions League (VCL), you confirm that you are willing to participate in the player auction and that, upon selection, your name will be included in the auction pool. You further agree that, if drafted by a franchise, you will take part in the league as a registered player, subject to VCL rules and the decisions of the league.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the Volleyball Champions League (VCL) trials, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with registration.

3. Eligibility

Registration is open to volleyball players residing in India. You must provide accurate personal information, a valid government-issued ID, a working email address, and a mobile number. Players under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Registration & Selection

Submitting a registration does not guarantee selection for trials or the player auction pool. All submissions are reviewed by the VCL team, and selection decisions are made at the sole discretion of the league. You will be notified of your application status via email.

5. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided during registration, including personal details, physical attributes, and competition history. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification.

6. Use of Submitted Content

By submitting photos, documents, and other materials, you grant VCL the right to use them for verification, player profiling, and league-related purposes, including sharing player profiles with participating teams.

7. Code of Conduct

All registered players are expected to uphold the spirit of sportsmanship. Any behaviour that brings the league into disrepute, including doping, match-fixing, or misconduct during trials, may lead to immediate disqualification.

8. Fees & Auction

Registration for Trials is free unless stated otherwise.

9. Limitation of Liability

VCL is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during trials or related events, except where required by applicable law. Players participate at their own risk and are encouraged to have appropriate insurance.

10. Changes to These Terms

VCL may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the registration platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
